As a dedicated GAGAKU Japanese Court Music and Dance performer, she specializes in Ryuteki (龍笛), Komabue (高麗笛), Kagurabue(神楽笛), Gakubiwa (楽琵琶), and Umai Dance (右舞), Ancient Songs(古代歌謡). She graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts in the Department of Traditional Japanese Music.
By combining her superb technique with a lively musicality that overflows from within, she has created a new kind of music by combining the ‘Gagaku’ instruments, previously used only in the traditional performing art of ‘Gagaku’.

2nd album "Momentary Garden" Momentary Garden is an ambient instrumental music album composed for Gagaku (Japanese traditional court music) instruments, craft percussions, vocal, electric sounds and so on. The pieces portray momentary and imaginary landscapes like ‘shakkei’ (borrowed landscape) with refined Japanese sounds.
